Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia CP is a regular equipment solely when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is added free of cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered TLDs under a single web hosting account. This is attainable because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager platform. The other web hosting CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have TWO different account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/administration functionalities. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel opportunity.

Hosted Domains ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered Control Panel tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your domain names in a single user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel devices do not present such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and as a result they require TWO autonomous account logins: 1 domain name administration/billing/support user account and 1 site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will notice that the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to run it on your dedicated server.
